- Accuracy is specified for operating temperatures over the range of 18°C to 28°C (64°F to 82°F). The basic accuracy specification does not include the error of the thermocouple probe.
- AMBIENT TEMPERATURE FOR PLASTIC CASING:
- -10°C ~ +50°C (or +14°F ~ +122°F)
- OPERATION:
- Press ON/OFF, the timer begins to count. The temperature displays.
- TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
- Press °F/°C to select desired unit.
- HOLD/TEST FUNCTION:
- Press H/T, "HOLD" sign flashes on the display to retain temperature tested. Press H/T again and will go back to testing mode. "HOLD" sign will disappear.
- MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM FUNCTION:
- Press MAX/MIN, "MIN" appears with the minimum temperature tested. Press again. "MAX" appears with the maximum temperature tested.
