    • Yes, it is designed for checking foods salty with oil and its temperautre should not exceed 70 deg C.
    • To clear its sensor, just use non corrosive liquid to clean its sensor stick.
    • 2. This meter shows percentage (%) but is this percentage by saturation or percentage by weight ?
    • It is calculated by saturation, and therefore, you should key in the volume of CC before testing, as per manual description.
